What time of day are the bears most active?

We saw 4 bears and visited around 11 am. All but one we're out and active. The one stayed far away and aloof.

I would give more time than an hour, I would try 2-3 hours. There are many things to experience at NABC and watching the bears interact with each other and the staff is fun stuff.
