Great tour!! Very well narrative with some comedy included. Views/ history was great. Boldt castle and rock island lighthouse highly recommend. Will definitely be back with my spouse next time:)Full review by Jamiesal

The impression I got was that uncle Sams was a much bigger company with larger boats. My wife and I did the 3 hour Boldt castle tour with Clayton Tours and we would highly recommend it. It was much more personal than the uncle sams seemed (just my impression as we did not actually do a tour with uncle sams) and all of us were able to ask the very knowledgeable tour guide questions which he was happy to answer.
I have seen a rough review of the glass bottom boat tour. Can anyone who has been on it say if it was any good? Can you see fish and plant life or is it pretty limited in what you can see? Is it a small area that is glass or a large area? Would you take that tour again? Thanks!

The area is in the middle of the boat. Hope that helps . The tour was interesting as we stopped on Rock Island. We were hoping you could see more, however, through the glass bottom boat area.
