Stark County is a county in the U.S. state of North Dakota. As of the 2020 census, the population was 33,646, making it the 7th most populous county in North Dakota. Its county seat is Dickinson. Stark county is borderd with nearby Billings County to the west which is home to Thedore Roosevelt National Park.
