We are offering outdoor youth fitness classes for kids age 11-17. These classes are 60-minutes and incorporate full-body movements to maximize time and the effectiveness of the workout. All fitness levels welcome to attend. Currently these sessions are offered in Mission Bay Park and Pacific Highlands Ranch. 1-ON-1 and Small Group sessions are available in-home, your private gym, or outdoors. Build strength and power, improve flexibility, develop balance and coordination, enhance cardiovascular conditioning, Improve mental health and self-confidence.
