Loved this place inside and out. You can walk to the top for free for epic views of all of the city of Oslo. Great photos from there and from the marina opposite taking in the munch museum next doo…Full review by lisstravelsalot

Yes, no entry fees, to look around in the foyer, cafe or restaurant (and roof of course). Had lunch at the restaurant, good food.
