I think the buffet is only in the late afternoon and only on a certain day. The general menu is Caribbean food: fried plantains, curried vegetables, rice and peas, coconut milk fish, salad, beef dish, chicken dish. It is very well spiced and not too hot. Just great flavors. I see that there is offshore diving from Macabuca. Not a diver, but avid snorkeler. How is it for snorkeling? Have snorkeled by Rackam's and saw that there is snorkeling from Sunset House as well. Suggestions?
