A very grand building is the seat of government for the territory. Government business takes place here and this building does not look tropical, it looks like it belongs in Washington. Impressive.Full review by Thomas V

You don't have to book in advance. I asked the person at the tourist office in Old San Juan, he gave them a call and some 80 minutes later I was there.Full review by Culture48735991424
