Our house has some of the best views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal mountains in this neighborhood. You can enjoy these while relaxing on the patio or while gazing out our large picture windows located throughout the house. BEDROOMS: - The Master Bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen bed with a large en suite attached. - The 2nd bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed. - The 3rd bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed. BATHROOMS: - The master bedroom en suite bathroom is a full bathroom with his and hers sinks, a full tub and shower and a toilet. - There is a half bath off of the main living room and kitchen area that has a sink and toilet. - The final bath is located upstairs next to the bedrooms and has a sink, full tub and shower and toilet.
