We were there in the afternoon and did not see anyone jogging but that was almost a year ago. I believe you can get an email address for the stadium and perhaps could contact them directly. There is also a tourist information center in Athens which does have a website with a contact form that you can use to ask questions.

It’s kind’a as long as you make it. The stadium is a three-quarter oval. You can actually see most of it from the street as part of a drive-by. I suppose it’s worth the €5 to walk through the stadium but if walking is a hardship don’t bother. The “museum” is fun ... a collection of the modern Olympic era torches and posters.
